Lindsay Weber, Chairman

Lindsay is the managing director of Homestyle Bakeries in Toowoomba. Lindsay has been an active board member of GoldenWest for many years, and has been Chairman since 2005.

Lindsay brings a strong business acumen and wealth of knowledge to the GoldenWest Apprenticeships Board. His passion for vocational training and education allows him to provide valuable contributions to Golden West Apprenticeships.

Bob Fulton Deputy Chairman GoldenWest Apprenticeships Board

Bob Fulton, Deputy Chairman

Bob has recently stepped down from the Chief Executive Officer role to begin his retirement and has taken up a Board position as Deputy Chairman.

Bob was CEO of GoldenWest Apprenticeships for more than 10 years and was actively involved with Group Training Australia and has served as a Member of the Management Committee of Queensland Group Training Association. He brings a wealth of Group Training experience and expertise to the Board.

Camille Johnson, Secretary

Camille has a long association with GoldenWest Apprenticeships and group training in Southwest Queensland. Camille has a depth of knowledge on the administrative and legislative requirements needed to operate a successful GTO and only recently vacated her Administration Manager role.

Camille is currently employed by Golden West Apprenticeships as the CEO.

Alan Sparks, Committee

Alan is CEO at East Coast Apprenticeships which has been operating for 25 years. Alan's expertise in group training, employment and his understanding of effectively placing apprentices and trainees into meaningful employment is a huge asset to the Board.

Lindi Deguara, Committee

Lindi is a Legal Counsel & Company Secretary to Murphy Pipe & Civil Group Pty Ltd, a civil construction and maintenance services contractor undertaking projects across Australia and the US, and a Tutor at the Queensland University of Technology. 

Lindi has a decade of legal experience in the engineering, construction and mining industries, having worked in private legal practice, in-house with a number of private and publicly owned companies and for Government.

Cameron O’Neil, Committee

Cam is a second term Councillor with Maranoa Regional Council and participates in a number of Government and semi Government committees providing services to Western Queensland. Cam is active in Commerce Roma, the Chamber of Commerce and has excellent contacts within our regional community.
