The Hospitality industry is a fast-paced and exciting industry, with a wide range of roles and employment opportunities. By completing an apprenticeship or traineeship in this industry you will learn how to work in cafes, restaurants and other hospitality settings. You will also learn how to hygienically prepare food, provide food and beverage service and work as part of a team. Apprenticeships in this industry are generally three years in duration, while traineeships are generally one year to two years in duration.
